My parents went to UT, my brother and I went to Baylor, and my other brother and my husband went to A&M! We sure do love our Texas schools!
Had fun watching the game last night (even though the Aggies lost!)
Chocolate Chip Cookie Cake
I used the Ultimate Chocolate Chip Cookie recipe (eliminated the nuts) and just spread the dough over a pizza pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. (looking back I would have used a pan without raised sides since the edges kind of cracked)
I also made Red Velvet Cupcakes (yes, I know that A&M colors are maroon and white but red is the closest thing! :-)
all in all, it was a great night!
